Any group welcomes people to help and support in whatever manner they can.  A group's overall success depends on such involvement.  So you can add to a groups voice by signing a petition, joing the crowd in a rally or vigil or by writing a letter to the Eastbourne MP.  Or you can help a group grow by helping on a stall or sharing ideas at meetings.
